Hotels in Heathrow

If you’re simply looking for a quiet place to lay your head for a few hours and couldn’t be bothered getting out of the airport then the Yotel Hotel is for you.

This is located in the Mezzanine of Terminal 4 and is open for bookings by the hour (for a minimum of 4 hours). This is a European adaptation to the Japanese capsule hotels, these rooms are very small but very functional for someone who is simply looking for a few hours sleep.

For something a bit more luxurious there’s the Sofitel London Heathrow which is attached to Terminal 5. The hotel benefits from the excellent connections that the airport enjoys.

Hotels near to Heathrow

If you have enough time to get out of the airport then there are a number of options available to you.

3-Star: If you are just looking for something basic without all the bells and whistles then there are a nice few hotels that may suit you.

There are a number of 3-Stars located close to the airport. You’ll find a few located in the north-eastern area of the airport and these include the Holiday Inn Heathrow Ariel, the Ibis London Heathrow Airport, the Premier Inn Heathrow, and the Jury’s Inn Heathrow.

Located on or near the M4, the Novotel London Heathrow Airport, the Premier Inn and the Comfort Hotel Heathrow, provide excellent access to the city centre and the M25.

And then there’s the Quality Hotel Heathrow, which is located beyond the M25 and is perfect for those looking for a quick escape into the countryside.

4-Star: If you’d prefer a little luxury but not all the expense then a 4 star hotel is definitely your better option.

Located along the northern edge of the airport, with easy access to the A4/Bath Road, you’ll find the Thistle London Heathrow, the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel, the Holiday Inn London Heathrow, the Renaissance Heathrow Airport, the Marriott London Heathrow and the Sheraton Skyline Hotel and Conference Centre.

Just a little further north, close to the M4, you can find the Holiday Inn Heathrow M4 Jct 4.

Located on the southern edge close to Terminal 4 is the Hilton London Heathrow Airport which is very close to the Terminal 4 Underground Station.

Following the Bath Road towards the city you can find The Continental Hotel which puts you nicely between the airport and the city centre.

5-Star: If you’re looking to splash out on the highest quality accommodation possible in the Heathrow area then you might like the Radisson Edwardian Heathrow Hotel. This hotel is strategically located on the Bath Road, to the north of the Airport, which provides easy access to the M25 and the city centre.
